The By-Pass-Valve: The by pass valve is attached to the end of the HP-pump delivery manifold. Its main function is to circulate water back to the inlet pipe system or out to the delivery system and spray nozzles.
The valve contains three valves: the by-pass valve, the over pressure valve and the check valve. Each valve has a specific task. Inside the directional valve the water is directed by the by-pass valve, it is controlled pneumatically and actuates its function hydraulically.
As a relief precaution in situations of over-pressure, the relief valve can automatically relieve the hydraulic force of the by-pass valve by reducing the overpressure. As the delivery water exits the directional valve, it passes through the check valve. The check valve keeps the water from recirculating backwards into the system. The valve regulates the delivery of high-pressure water at the pump and descaling equipment.
The Direction Valve: Direction 2/2 or 3/2 way valves are on-off valves pilot operated in stainless steel. Sizes DN 10-DN 150 Pressure ranges 40-100 Mpa (400 – 1000 bar)
