Patented Rotor Nozzle Header

The rotary nozzles produce a high performance descaling and
is applied on all steel grades and stainless steel.

The rotary type descaler is arranged on the roller table behind the caster to
clean off the scale and keep the surface clean for inspection. While the product
travels under the rotating nozzle headers, each of the nozzles descales a circular
spray path on the surface. Due to the slab speed and the rotary head speed a
multi passing occurs on the slab. Different spray widths can be selected
insections by 2/2 way direction valves.
